Dave, Congratulations on your 40 days of yoga bliss!! I have no doubt that each individuals’ reasons for doing the challenge were very different but your blog reminds us that just as we have heard many times over the forty days we are all connected to this world and I think we have all had some similar experiences within the challenge at times. Physically it has been extremely rewarding but the inner connection is the most rewarding place it has taken me. The reminder that each moment is the most important moment.
Knowing that the intent of the 40 Day Challenge was to help create a habit I hope I am in good company with realizing that the end of the goal is just the beginning of the whole yoga experience that we will all have this year. See you all tonight.
p.s. thank you to all the instructors for their support, kindness and joy

Beverly, thank you very much for the response.

I enjoyed meeting you in person at the wrap-up class!

I certainly agree that the instructors really made the experience extraordinary with their support, kindness and joy. ;)

Congratulations on your 40 days of yoga joy! That’s awesome that you experienced physical benefits as well as a rewarding sense of inner connectedness. I look forward to hearing more about that as well as what’s next on the menu for you. Boy, you sure said it when you mentioned that yoga can help us be present, and that each moment is the most important moment.

I’ll tell ya, the day after finishing the challenge, I started a new work assignment at a new office and boy I’m now considering the Teacher Training more than ever. =)

Spending every day on a yoga mat, what a treat…

    Great work Dave,

Sounds like your learning some new things and making some new friends!

    Loved your comments:
-sharing some laughs and making some friends along the way!
-Now, my goal is to see my abs again, which I haven’t seen in a couple years.
-wondering if there’s more on the menu.

    You can do it!

Keep up the good work and positive attitude!
